1. Return Policy
We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Non-returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued through cash on delivery and will not include any shipping costs, as shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value to ensure they are returned safely.

6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same procedure as a return. Once the original item is returned, we will process your exchange if the item is available. If not, we will issue a refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability. We may request photos or other documentation to process the claim.
